Julie May
Managing Partner
Mrs. Julie May is an Oil and Gas Landman with twenty years of experience in Land, Lease Records, Division Orders, and Acquisition and Divestitures. Prior to founding LandMAR Energy Services Julie was an Oil and Gas Land Manager at Carla Petroleum where she provided land services to a large client base. Prior to her time at Carla, she was a Landman at Atlantic Exploration, LLC where she was responsible for title and title curative of all the producing properties within the company. Julie was a Supervisor in Chesapeake Energy, Inc.’s Barnett and Haynesville Shale Land Records Department where she organized and directed several processes within Land, Title, Lease Records, Division Orders and Acquisition and Divestiture. Julie was a Supervisor in SandRidge Energy, Inc’s Lease Records department covering all divisions including East Texas, Mid-Continent, Permian Basin and Gulf Coast/GOM. During her time at SandRidge Energy, Julie was responsible for overseeing policy and procedure, custom reporting including Quarterly statements and yearly 10K filings, SOX compliance, and all employees’ daily tasks. Julie also provided land and lease services to National Energy Group, Inc. in Dallas, TX. Julie May holds a B.A. from Texas Tech University and resides in Joshua, Texas with her husband and three children.

Brad Rich
Managing Partner
Mr. Brad L. Rich is an Oil and Gas Consulting Landman with seventeen years of oil and gas experience. Mr. Rich has performed exploration, acquisition and divestment land services for a number of large domestic and international companies including Comstock Resources, Inc.; EXCO Resources, Inc.; Brigham Exploration; Quantum Resources, Inc.; Quicksilver Resources, Inc.; Hunt Oil Company; Samsung Oil and Gas USA; Tokyo Gas Natural Resources, Inc., Total E & P USA; XTO Energy Inc.; and, Denbury Resources. Additionally, Mr. Rich regularly performs oil and gas due diligence reviews for various banks and private equity firms. Prior to joining the energy industry, Mr. Rich worked with Andrews Kurth, LLP as the National Coordinating Paralegal for a domestic automotive defense group and was responsible for discovery responses and expert witness management. Mr. Rich attended Texas Tech University and lives in Rockwall, Texas with his wife and three children.
