Julie’s experience includes land management, lease records, division orders, and acquisitions and divestitures. Before founding LandMAR, she held land roles at Carla Petroleum and Atlantic Exploration, and supervisory roles at Chesapeake Energy and SandRidge Energy.
Her work has included title curative, reporting, compliance, and management of land and lease records. She holds a B.A. from Texas Tech University.

Brad is a consulting landman with experience in exploration, acquisitions, and divestitures for domestic and international energy companies. He also conducts oil and gas due diligence reviews for banks and private equity firms.
Before entering the energy industry, he served as a national coordinating paralegal at Andrews Kurth, LLP, managing discovery responses and expert witnesses. He attended Texas Tech University.
